TERMS OF USE
Unless an alternative financial arrangement has been agreed upon, all services must be paid by the CUSTOMER to Mytravel at the time of booking. Therefore, Mytravel will confirm the booking once full payment has been received from the CUSTOMER. Payments shall be made in the currency stated on the invoice using the following methods: If the payment for the reservation is not received by the agreed date and method or if all conditions are not met, Mytravel will automatically cancel the reservations without the CUSTOMER and/or end consumer having any right to claim any service or amount from Mytravel due to such cancellation. Mytravel shall receive the net price in a timely manner, and the CUSTOMER shall bear any costs or expenses arising from the payment. Therefore, any payment shortfall resulting from bank fees or currency exchange differences shall be paid by the CUSTOMER. Mytravel reserves the right to claim and receive full payment, including interest (EURIBOR + 1.5 points annually), as well as reimbursement of all expenses incurred by Mytravel related to unpaid amounts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PROVISION
These Terms and Conditions do not replace but supplement and add to the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. In case of any contradiction between the General and Special Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
ACCOMMODATION SERVICES (EXCLUDING GROUP BOOKINGS): (Children) Special conditions for children are agreed upon with each service provider and are not based on any specific criteria. Therefore, considering that each establishment/supplier applies its own special conditions or discounts, the CUSTOMER must inquire about this point when making the reservation. Accommodation services: Such discounts or special conditions should be understood as valid only when children share a room with two adults.
COTS (UK) / CRIBS (US) - If this service is required, it must be specified at the time of booking, as some establishments have limited availability of such items. This extra service may be payable directly by the end consumer at the establishment, if necessary.
Third Person in Accommodation Services Almost all hotels consider reservations for a third person as a double room with an extra bed. As this varies depending on the hotel, an additional charge and/or discount applicable for an extra bed for an adult must be checked. Since very few hotels have additional beds available, the CUSTOMER must ensure availability when making the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the unavailability of an extra bed at the hotel without any entitlement to claim service or reimbursement from Mytravel.
No-Show in Accommodation Services If the CUSTOMER’s end consumer fails to show up at the accommodation facility without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation. No refund will be granted to the end consumer in case of ‘no-show’ unless explicit permission is obtained from Mytravel, which will inform the CUSTOMER about applicable charges that may range from the cost of one night up to 100% of the booking amount.
Changes Unless expressly authorized by Mytravel, the CUSTOMER cannot shorten the reserved stay, modify the requested service, or change the names of the end consumers after the reservation has been made. Any such change will be considered a cancellation. Changes to extend the reserved period are subject to availability and, in case of extension, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations In the event of withdrawal from the tourism services purchased through Mytravel, the CUSTOMER is entitled to receive a refund of all amounts paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
In case of a no-show or early check-out, the accommodation facility may charge the full amount of the original reservation, in which case no refund will be provided to the end consumer. Reservations made through Mytravel may be canceled without penalty at the request of either party in force majeure circumstances, such as war, revolution, acts of terrorism, border closures, epidemics, disasters, and any restrictions affecting various destinations, particularly the location of the accommodation facility and the origin country of the end consumers. Other services will be subject to different reservation/cancellation policies, which the CUSTOMER will be informed of when confirming reservations (for online bookings) or receiving information from the respective destinations (for offline bookings).
Important • Throughout the year, some accommodation facilities may change their name or trade name, which will not be considered a hotel change or reservation modification. • In some countries, a local tax known as "accommodation tax" or "tourist tax" (ECO-tax) is required to be paid directly at the establishment and/or airport. • Hotel categories are provided by the establishments themselves in accordance with applicable regulations in each country. Therefore, a hotel in one country may not offer the same service and quality as a hotel of the same category in another country. • Mytravel provides information received from the hotel regarding renovation or refurbishment works. Mytravel will not accept claims regarding works that were not reported or exceeded the planned completion date.
Changes and Cancellations • If there is a reduction of up to 15% in the number of people and the cancellation is made 6 weeks to 7 days before arrival, an administrative cancellation fee of €100 will apply. • If there is a reduction of more than 15% in the number of people and the cancellation is made 6 weeks to 7 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. • Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee. • No modification fee will apply in case of an increase in the number of rooms and/or nights. These special conditions will complement and supplement the Terms and Conditions herein.
CLAIMS AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The CUSTOMER shall be responsible for the behavior of its end consumers in cases of abnormal conduct, vandalism, or abuse. In such cases, Mytravel and/or the service provider reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation or stay of the end consumer without any compensation. Any issues that can be resolved during the stay at the accommodation facility must be handled directly by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER (whether this Agreement is terminated or not) shall always indemnify and hold harmless Mytravel against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses, and demands (including costs and expenses to defend such matters) arising directly or indirectly from any breach of this Agreement by the CUSTOMER or its officers, agents, or contractors.
MYTRAVEL’S RESPONSIBILITY:
Mytravel acts as an independent intermediary in contracting accommodation and other services. Therefore, it shall not be held liable for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delays, or any other irregularities that may arise directly or indirectly from services provided by hotels or other suppliers contracted with Mytravel. Mytravel will make reasonable efforts to ensure that suppliers assume liability and indemnify the CUSTOMER’s guests for claims arising from service provision. The CUSTOMER agrees to submit any claims related to services directly to the service provider.

The CUSTOMER shall not acquire any rights or interests in the transferred information or data beyond what is expressly stated herein.
