Location and view, bad rooms and staff
Location and view are perfect, breakfast is average, staff isnt trained well, most of them are tough and rude, room doors and windows aren’t good, you cant close them totally, in winter u must get ill ,heating system is closed in the morning, so suddenly while you are sleeping the heater get closed, ill again

A mediocre hotel with poor staff and very bad WiFi But great scenery .
The room and bathroom were relatively clean.
The reception staff were not professional at all, but the staff were good at cleaning.
