Not up to expectations

The hotel is not well maintained. Toilet is smelly. Restaurant seems like an abandoned place. Breakfast starts at 9am, but because we need to check out, we asked for breakfast at 8.45... We need to speak many times to make this happened. Location is terrible. We booked through OTA and searched under Cappadocia. Didnt realize that this area is very far from where people traveling to Cappadocia stays (Goreme or Urgup). The city is very quiet like a dead town.

Beautiful town

We arrived with a booking with airbnb. They said this was a mistake and they did not have a room available at that price. We had to sit for around an hour at check in to sort out this mistake and was charged double the price. The staff were helpful with rectifying the mistake. The room was worth the cost l, however misleading it may have been. The hotel was beautiful all carved out of the cave. Hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is in the centre of the small and quirky village. Breakfast was delicious and was an amazing view from the terrace. Would recommend.
