Kesinlikle tavsiye ETMİYORUM paranıza yazık çok kötü bir konumda Ürgüp merkezden uzak araç park yeri yok ve aracınız hiç güvende değil uzak bir yere koyup yürüyerek geçmeniz isteniyor ve otel odalarında aşırı rutubetten kalamıyorsunuz doğal olduğu için gibi bir bahaneleri var ne cam var ne havalandırma o yüzden yaptığımız rezervasyonu iptal etmeseler bile kalmadık o derece kötü

Great hotel with great rooftop area

This hotel is very beautiful and the room was excellent. We only stayed there one night in a family room with one queen bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom was great and shower was warm even with 4 people each taking a long shower. You definitely need a car to get to this hotel at it's far from the city center. We enjoyed that it was far from the city. The hotel has a beautiful roof top with comfortable seating. There was tea and coffee in the lobby all the time. There is a resident cute dog named Linda that lives in the hotel. She was the highlight of our trip as she was so cute. I gave this hotel a 4 star for the following: (1) I had booked the hotel through Capital One Travel for 4 people including breakfast. I contacted the hotel 3 weeks before arrival and they told me my reservation is for 3 people with no breakfast and they wanted an extra 20 Euros. I called Capital One Travel as my reservation was non refundable. Capital One Travel called the hotel and then I got contacted by the hotel saying that they will give us the family room for 4 people with no extra charge. This is exactly what I had booked so I'm not sure why they said my reservation was for 3 people and I needed to pay more (2) there were some rotten whole fruits at the breakfast. For a country where fruit is plenty and cheap, I'm surprised the hotel would serve rotten fruit to their guests. (3) the Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting and we had to ask the hotel to reset the modem. But this is a remote area of Turkey so maybe that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, we had a great time in the area and we enjoyed our cave room. We will stay in this hotel again.
