Great location, variety of services… the room has big bed and the most important for me - balcon where you can smoke. Restaurant nusret was special - all with stuf that is more then worm and professional and the golden steak was delicious. Also the reception always answered all my questions and the highlight of stay will be the spa massage ❤️

Park Hyatt on Points-Perfect Stay

Outstanding stay at the Park Hyatt. We used points to stay here and it is well worth spending those hard earned points. We did receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a steam sower in it, life changing! Great location for us, some cute cafes close by within walking distance. We mainly used UBER to get around then hailed a taxi to come back to hotel. Make sure you have cash on you, not all taxi's will accept credit cards. We also visited the barber across the street, concierge made the appoint for my husband, awesome experience and a must do. My husband has never had a better cut and or more meticulous grooming than the barber in Istanbul, very cool experience. The roof top bar was not open during our stay, that was a bummer but easily forgotten with the level of service and friendliness of the team working at the Park Hyatt. Mr. Mustafa Dalay provided not only professional service but made us feel like family by the end of our stay. He remembered us by name, even our room number, remembered my need of decaf coffee and extra towels and made sure I had plenty of both. he elevated our stay to a new standard. ***Also we really loved visiting the Asia side during a food tour we booked through Viator, Better prices on the Asia side for pistachios, if that is on your list of things to bring home, it was for us. They are red, small and delicious , they vacuum pack them for you. They were twice the price at the spice market and uncovered, exposed to the public, sneezing, touching, breathing on them etc. Where on the Asia side we bought them in a shop specializing in nuts and they were under glass, cleanliness does matter. ***Loose leaf tea is a find at the Spice market, booth #49 "Masala Spice Shop" had a very good, clean, and fresh selection of teas. I bought a lot to bring home so was able to negotiate a better deal, and the tea is gorgeous to look at, it is display worthy! The best ingredients, cardamon, whole rose buds, star anise, etc. really beautiful experience if you are into teas. I have been home now three days and I am savoring every cup of tea and so glad I bought so much to bring home. They vacuum seal it for you.
